Our approach blends the best parts. We start with well studied nutrients that support broad, long term health for most people, then identify a few areas where you can benefit from precise, targeted support. Simple, personal, and practical.
Convenient
Most people supplement with big plastic bottles you sort yourself or powder kits that look convenient but come with a lot of extra stuff.
Bottles and powders can look flexible at first, but they clutter the counter, run out at different times, and make it easy to miss days. They also add a lot of extra steps just to check the box for the day.
Our sachets solve the problem. Just your chosen capsules for the day, clearly labeled, no extras. Grab one, tear, take.
Sustainable
We're 100% plastic free: our daily sachets are home-compostable and our dispenser box is recyclable —Very few supplement brands can say that with a straight face.
In practice it is simple. Grab a sachet, take your capsules, put the sachet in your home compost, if you have one, or simply toss it in the regular trash — it will break down in a few years as opposed to centuries with bottles.
