What we do

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5β7 business days (your bank may take a bit longer to post).

Replacements/Exchanges: If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, weβll resend at no cost.

Return shipping: If we need anything back, weβll send you a prepaid label. In many cases, weβll simply advise you to keep, gift, or responsibly dispose of the productβno restocking fees, ever.
