At Healthbox, your happiness comes first. If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we’ll make it right—refund or replace, your choice.
How to start

What went wrong (a sentence is fine)

A photo if something arrived damaged (optional, but helpful)
We’ll reply with next steps—often a same-day resolution.
What we do

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a bit longer to post).

Replacements/Exchanges: If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, we’ll resend at no cost.

Return shipping: If we need anything back, we’ll send you a prepaid label. In many cases, we’ll simply advise you to keep, gift, or responsibly dispose of the product—no restocking fees, ever.
Window & eligibility

Request within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery scan).

Applies to all Healthbox orders, including personalized daily packs and individual supplements.

Opened items are okay—we want you to try the product with confidence.
A few practical notes

If a package is lost or stolen, contact us—we’ll replace it after a quick check with the carrier.

If you used a discount or promotion, your refund will reflect the amount paid.

We may ask for a photo when useful (e.g., shipping damage) so we can prevent it next time.
