The nutritionist consultations are monthly 1:1 calls with a nutritionist bundled with every order to understand your goals, track progress, and adapt your plan as your life changes.
Do I have to do the consultations?
No, the consultations are entirely optional — but sometimes we bundle them for free, so it’s worth taking advantage when they’re included!
How does the subscription work?
We send you a 30-day refill every month. You can can make changes to your plan, cancel or skip a month anytime, no questions asked.
